A self starter with responsibility for daily dock walks of four dock system, ability to maintain & repair association equipment, possess good computer knowledge, over see Wifi & camera system, key program, clean association bathrooms weekly, maintain landscaping, large parking lot, and interact positively with owners & renters, reports to Operations Manager.
