We are in need of Mortgage Field Inspectors in Gainesville and surrounding Areas. Job Duties will include determining occupancy of homes, taking multiple photos, looking for damages and maintenance needs, and submitting the results via App site. Experience preferred but will train the right person. Must have a smartphone. GPS is recommended but not necessary. Computer and a printer will be needed. Must be able to pass a background check (I will pay for the 1st check, you'll be responsible yearly). If interested please email and leave a good call back number along with any resume or references.
