Join Joel, Jay, Jarek and friends on an evening botanical adventure into gin distilling! Cocktails, sandwiches and jokes provided. Whether you are a gin connoisseur or a botanical beginner, this workshop is for you! Spend the evening with Joel, Jay, Jarek & our mixologist at Proof Distillers learning all the tricks of the trade. What to expect- Lecture/Classroom (there will be no math) Tasting/Sensory (tasting is different than drinking) Distilling (not nearly as loud as one would think) Cocktail Demonstrations, sandwiches and snacks provided.
