Found male dog and female puppy

2 dogs found running loose on Tours St and Rowan Ln. One daddy and one puppy maybe 12 weeks old. Rottweiler mix possibly. The dad has a red collar on. Very sweet, well taken care of and well mannered. They are in my backyard, but I have two dogs and 2 cats, and can't keep them long.
