The company: Today’s Humboldt County is a licensed vertically integrated cannabis company based out of Arcata, California. We are currently moving forward on a trajectory that allows for UPWARD MOBILITY in this company, in other words, the possibility of being promoted, or moving up the ranks in our rapidly growing company. Our mission is to establish the new high standard for professionalism in the cannabis industry, starting first and foremost within our local community! The position: We are offering opportunities for both advanced and beginner cannabis trim processors and laborers. Pay rate will depend on experience (with opportunities for daily-earned incentives, and commission based pay if skill is applicable). There is a base pay of $14.00 per hour. This position is in compliance with all state and local regulation, and will include benefits such as workers compensation, accrued sick leave, and flexible hours. We are looking to bring people on to our 7:00am-1:00pm team, Monday-Friday. Applicants must be able to stand or sit for 6-8 hours per day, and must be over the age of 21.
