Service writer - Independently owned auto repair facility in the Grand Rapids, MI area searching for experienced service writer. Opportunity for the right individual to advance to management position, multi shop operation. Must be customer focused. Duties will include estimate automotive service needs and help customer understand those needs. Dispatch work and help manage technicians. Further details upon interview. Must enjoy customer interaction and be clean cut and reliable. Hourly pay. No weekend work. Paid uniforms and paid vacations. Must have valid Drivers license, clean driving record.
