we are producing the BR Soul Food festival and we now have volunteer job slots available now. we need security, kitchen, trash detail and stage hands. Baton Rouge Soul Food Festival is an annual event This Years BR Soul food festival will take place June 24th at Henry Turner Jr's Listening Room 2733 North street with a Greens Beans and Chicken wings preparty. June 26th and 27th downtown BR in River front Plaza 300 S River Rd on Saturday and Sunday Day. It is a family oriented event, which provides entertainment, children friendly and good food, throughout both days. This event gives the people of Louisiana and the surrounding states an opportunity to showcase their talents in entertainment and good soul food cooking.
