The CAVE Collective moves to the Indigenous beat of DAT presenting a music performance and workshop.
The Delbert Anderson Trio a.k.a.DAT will perform in-person at the Cave Collectivein Rapid City, SD. DAT consists of Delbert Anderson (Trumpet), Nicholas Lucero (Drums) and Mike McCluhan (Bass).
DAT’s music is inspired by early Indigenous music from the Diné/Navajo tribe and fuses jazz, funk and improvisation with Diné melodies to create an entirely new sound and with a distinctly Southwest style. DAT will provide a 30-minute music workshop at the CAVE Collective starting at 6:00 PM MDT. The DAT Performance will start at 6:45 PM MDT.
There will be a limited audience of 60 (max) at the CAVE Collective. Facemasks are required. Tickets are $15 Adults, $10 Students and $5 to live stream. Streaming will take place on the CAVE Collective Facebook and YouTube channel. Tickets can be purchased at Eventbrite.
