This Cooking Class focuses on utilizing in season, fresh local produce and introducing you to the local farmers who produce it.
Wednesdays 6-7 p.m. Limit 22 in person and 18 on zoom. Class cost is$10 and includes a locally sourced bag of produce which can be picked up at the Catawba County library in Newton after 2pm on the day of class for zoom participants. Produce bags and food samples from the program will be available for to- go only for in class participants.
