Pool Service Route Technician Salary ===================================== - Starting $13/hr for 2 weeks training then on commission per pool, plus the opportunities for bonuses. - Up to 3 Full Weeks Paid Time Off - Company Vehicle Provided with Fuel - Company Provided Tools - Differential for Spanish speakers Job Description ===================================== - Service and maintain a weekly pool route. - Clean and vacuum pools - Adjust pool water chemistry - Inform office of any repair needed or requested Requirements for Job ===================================== - Willing to train however 1 year experience preferred. - Friendly personable personality, good with people. - Solid work ethic, mature attitude, show up on time and do the work with pride. - Able and willing to work outdoors rain or shine and lift up to 50 lbs. - Preferred not afraid of dogs. - This job requires a lot of bending, stooping, kneeling and full range of motion. - Clean DMV record. - Mechanical aptitude. Once you're up to speed we may want to train you progressively on repairs. - Bilingual not mandatory but preferred.
