Salary + Benefits ===================================== - New/Entry level starting $13/hr for 90 days, commissions for filter cleanings, and opportunities for bonuses. - Up to 3 Full Weeks Paid Time Off - Company Vehicle Provided with Fuel - Company Provided Tools - Differential for Spanish speakers Job Description ===================================== - Knowledge on all the filtering systems, electronic controls, pumps, chlorine generators, chlorinators, heaters and any other equipment. - Repair of motors, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated pool systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing - Understand swimming pool water chemistry and how it applies to adding pool chemicals to keep customer's pools sanitized properly. - Working knowledge of 110 volt and 220-volt electricity - Working knowledge of Installation, troubleshooting and repair of gas and electrical heaters - Working knowledge of general plumbing and hydraulics - You must have the tools in the truck to be able to disassemble filters, pump and fix very minor leaks. They should be maintained in good working order as received. Requirements for Job ===================================== - Willing to train however 1 year experience preferred. - Friendly personable personality, good with people. - Solid work ethic, mature attitude, show up on time and do the work with pride. - Able and willing to work outdoors rain or shine and lift up to 50 lbs. - This job requires a lot of bending, stooping, kneeling and full range of motion. - Clean DMV record, 21 y/o with 3 years driving experience required. - Mechanical aptitude. Once you’re up to speed we may want to train you progressively on repairs. - Bilingual not mandatory but preferred.
