Need a on call worker

I'm looking for a guy to be on call from Monday through Saturday. My main need for this worker is a mover. I need someone that has experience in professional moving. Knows how to pack, disassemble and reassemble furniture such as beds and tables. I also need this person to be proactive..meaning me not needing to tell them what to do every 5 minutes. I assign tasks and expect you to figure out how to get the job done with the training provided in your first 2 weeks here. We come into homes and provide people with effective professional help. The 2nd part of this job will be a assistant on home repair jobs. I'm not expecting you to know any construction trades but I do need a common sense worker to assist me with labor. The starting pay for this job ranges from 16 to 18 per hour plus tips. We are a small company and do not offer insurance or benefits but we do compensate with higher pay than most moving companies.
