Missing cat

My spouse and I noticed last night that our cat Otto had been missing, I last saw him Friday evening April 9th. We have a doggy door that he sometimes goes out but he always returns. He is a very sweet cat but very scared. He is 11 years old and somewhat scrawny because he’s diabetic and throws up when he eats. I live off cedar and Ashlan across from vallarta grocery store in the same neighborhood as Trinity Lutheran Church. If you’ve seen him please message me or point me to where I may find him.
