There are a lot of companies out there reducing or even taking away employee benefits to keep their doors open due to the economic struggle, but not Roland Slate. ***VALID DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED*** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Assist the crew shop Manager in warehouse duties. - Making deliveries. - Assisting with inventory and fleet maintenance. - Other duties/responsibilities will be assigned. EXPERIENCE: - Required: One or more years of experience as a warehouse worker. - Preferred: Two or more years of experience with a roofing company or supply house. - Preferred: Metal fabrication experience. - Preferred: DOT certification. - Preferred: Forklift experience. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES: -Experience in working in a warehouse. -Must be comfortable with heights. -Must have valid drivers license -Knowledge of the industry and trends that impact the business. -Ability to read, analyze and interpret work orders and job specs. -Ability to follow direction and guidance from a warehouse manager.
