1-2 guys Must be able to work off ladder

I am looking for 1 - 2 guys for 1 - 2 days. I am removing some panels about 14' high and I have a lift, but someone on a ladder to loosen bolts and guide would be great. We will then sheet with plywood. If you have not had experience working on an extension ladder, please do not apply, just safer and better for all involved. I would also like a guy who can trade off on ladder and also work as ground guy, just makes the work go better. We will work from 8:30 a.m. till about 4:30 or 5:00.
