JOB DESCRIPTION As a roofing supervisor with KangaRoof, you are responsible for coordinating site construction activity, including supervising field personnel as required in order to complete projects on schedule. 1. Ensure quality control a. Mid-morning job check b. Mid-afternoon job check c. Final inspection d. Ensure ALL jobs are of acceptable quality 2. Promote safety - Be constantly vigilant during inspections, looking for safety issues 3. Order additional materials as needed 4. Maintain construction schedule 5. Coordinate all job-site activity 6. Ensure all contracted work is completed well REQUIREMENTS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Strong knowledge of roofing and construction industry Ability to manage in-house foremen and sub-contractor foremen Strong organizational skills Service attitude Ability to provide exceptional customer service Valid Texas driver’s license Comfortable on ladders and roofs Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. KangaRoof will provide uniforms (including cleaning), wrapped truck, gas allowance, a computer station, cell phone, iPad along with other necessary sales materials.
