PLEASE APPLY ON OUR WEBSITE, NOT CRAIGSLIST: www.easywaymaids.com/application/ About Easyway Maid Service / job details: -Full time/part time positions - $18-25 per hour -1 week of training, then 3 months probationary period with a senior cleaner -Housekeeping, move in/move out cleaning, and commercial cleaning -We are available by phone during business hours (and usually outside of business hours as well) to answer questions and help solve problems -We are a small operation of 1 owner and 1 administrative assistant -We offer flat rate cleanings to our customers, cleaning team pay averages to about $20 an hour per cleaner, with our most senior teams making $25/hour -Full-time or part-time positions available, but we're looking for employees who can work at least 3 days a week. -We are primarily seeking full-time employees who want to stay with us for multiple years: professional cleaners, housekeepers Requirements: -1 year as a housekeeper or cleaning professional (hotel experience a plus) -Willing to take jobs in the Austin, TX area and parts of the surrounding county -Fluent in English. -Have a social security number so we can run a background check Recruitment process: -Message us or apply on Indeed, and we will link you to our short application -10-15 minute phone interview to make sure we are a good fit for you -Zoom interview to fill out W-4 and payroll paperwork -Background check (paid for by Easyway Maid Service) We love our current teams and look forward to finding new, awesome cleaners.
