Charcuterie 101 & Chateau Elan Wine Tasting with Wine Maker Simone Bergese Cosmo's Pizza & Social is excited to host our first in person event coming May 11, 2021. Social has teamed up with Boar's Head to guide us through charcuterie building along with special guest Simone Bergese, the wine maker of Chateau Elan Winery, to discuss the wine making process and the select pairing chosen for this special event. Great event for Mom's, Girlfriends or Date Night. Class includes meats, cheeses and accompaniments to build during class to enjoy with our selected wine flight. Additional glasses of wine will be avaiable for purchase. Ticket price includes a take home basket with custom board, meat and cheeses provided by Boar's Head and bottle of wine. Ticket purchase also enters each guest to win a gift certificate to Chateau Elan Winery.
