We are a growing company in Austin that provides neighborhood communities with Pool Monitoring services during the summer. We are currently looking for applicants for our Pflugerville locations! This is a temporary position that will run through the end of September. Pay is based on experience! What the Job Consists Of • Checking in guests with our computers at the main pool gate • Maintaining the property by picking up trash, netting the pool, lining up furniture at the end of the day • Enforcing the pool rules and providing first aid when necessary Benefits • We are a small company with flexible hours and are able to be accommodating to anyone looking to work just weekends, 40+ hours a week, just afternoons, etc. • Work in an environment where you befriend many of the people in the community who visit the pool each day. Characteristics of a Great Employee • Able to take direction and hit the ground running • Work with little supervision • Organized and able to go above and beyond the average worker • Teachers and medical professionals have been our best employees in the past Requirements • Must be able to work with limited supervision • Be a good communicator, reliable, and always on time • Pass Red Cross Certification class (Which we offer and is valid for 2 years) Pay • Pay day is every other Friday To apply, visit and fill out an application!
