Arrow Service Solutions is seeking a skilled and hardworking supervisor to assist our Landscaping Maintenance, Project Crew. We pride ourselves in high quality work and service. Job responsibilities include: - Conducting strenuous and physically demanding tasks for long hours and in extreme environmental conditions. - Following instructions from supervisors and implementing project plans. - Reading work orders to produce projects to the specifications prepared - Experiencing using hand and power tools such as weed eaters, edgers, blowers, riding, push mowers and trimmers - Pace of work is conducted at industry norms. - Experience pulling a trailer. - Operating and maintaining machinery and landscaping equipment. - Loading and unloading materials and equipment. - Lifting and carrying weight in excess of 50lbs.Mowing lawns, weed eating, and edging. - Efficient time management skills. - Observing and fixing potential safety hazards to avoid employee or customer injury. - Knowledge of regulations and codes to ensure compliance with regulatory safety standards are adhered to. - Cleaning the project site by removing any hazardous materials and debris upon job completion. - Adhering to Morning, EOD, and Weekly job processes and checklists including shop inventory and equipment maintenance, as necessary.
