This month features a Full Moon in Scorpio ▸6:30pm: Arrive, check in to receive a handwoven intention bracelet, then go to assigned social distance space. ▸6:45pm: Lunar Yoga Flow & Guided Moon Meditation with Lisa Pumper ( class is 75 minutes ) + optional: stay after class, seashell release, moongazing and connections. Class is open to ALL LEVELS and newbies to Yoga.
