Brush hogging / disc plowing

Description

We need 3 acres cleared (brush hogged) and then disc plowed, ready for us to plant. The soil is clay, and the area has not been tilled in at least 5 years. We would like this done in the next 10-15 days. Please respond if this is something you can do.
