Need to re-upholster the ceiling of my old car

I have a small car, Honda Civic 1997, with the ceiling upholstery hanging down. I need to install new upholstering of any color or kind that looks neat. As a separate thing I need the car clear-coated just to protect the paint. Please reply with your quote for upholstery and clear-coat separately or together.
