JOB DESCRIPTION: An opportunity to join the team ay Hartman Companies! Our award winning golf and sports turf renovation division is looking for equipment operator/labor to assist in the construction of greens, tees, bunkers and sports fields. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license Golf course or sports field construction experience helpful Installation of sod, piping, earthwork and hand digging Operation of tractors/skids Ability to work overtime Professional and personable work ethic Physical labor – must be able to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs. and have the ability to bend and / or kneel for extended lengths of time Knowledge of golf a plus WHAT HARTMAN OFFERS TO YOU: On the job training Overtime opportunities Advancement and leadership opportunities Competitive wage – negotiable, DOE, $20-$23 per hour Benefits – vacation, paid time off, paid holidays, 401K
