Northwood Golf Club in Monte Rio California is looking for Full or Part time maintenance workers. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY Work outdoors under the beautiful redwoods at one of the top rated 9 hole golf courses in the country. Job Outline: Employees work under supervision and direction of the maintenance manager. Responsible for setting up the course daily by mowing greens, changing cups, setting tee blocks, and other various landscaping tasks as assigned by the manager. Employees must have strong attention to detail. Must be able to operate light duty trucks and mowers in a safe manner. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to walk 3 miles behind a walk-behind greens mower. Employees of Northwood are granted free golf playing privileges on a space available basis. Starting pay is $14.00/hr or more depending on experience. Experience is a previous golf course or mechanics job. Shifts start at 6AM Mechanically inclined is a plus.
