We are looking for experienced laborers to join our team. Summary The position includes the need to operate a variety of heavy equipment including bobcat skid steers, excavators, hand and power tools, clean and prepare sites, assisting heavy equipment operators. We work at multiple job sites all over the Bay Area. Responsibilities General physical labor at construction sites. Operating bobcats and excavators. Loading trucks and trailers, digging, cleanup, other general laborer tasks as assigned, spotting operators when not operating. Skills, Abilities and Requirements • Bobcat, Excavator experience. • Have working knowledge of hand and power tools. • Experience with concrete cutting saws. • Hand demolition experience (concrete). • Frequently walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing. • Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record required. (No DUI's, suspended license, tickets etc. in the past 3 years) • Class A Driver's License a plus. • Must have good verbal communication skills, positive attitude, be a team player and the ability to take orders from others. • Punctual and reliable.
