This role reports directly to the Project Manager and is a full-time role, based out of our Concord office. The Day to Day: • Mindset focused on Customer Service and Satisfaction • Complete Reconstruction/Remodeling work (Bags on 80-90% of the time) • All trades performed – Plumbing, drywall, electrical, etc… • Meet with City, Utility and/or Building Department officials for inspections • Reading and understanding blueprints, current building codes • Framing and finish carpentry • Lead, develop, train and directly supervise field crew(s) • Perform additional tasks as directed by Project Manager • Create material orders and have materials on site in advance • Ensure quality workmanship is being performed • Emergency service rotation (overtime hours could be involved) About You: • Own your own tools • 5 years minimum construction experience (restoration construction is a plus) • Excellent knowledge of current building codes (compliant to pass inspections • Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints • Professional, friendly and customer focused • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic • Motivated and positive leadership mindset • Clean and neat appearance • Valid driver’s license • Work hours are generally 7AM-3:30PM (discretionary based on project demands) • Ability to lift 50 plus lbs • Able to pass a background check Benefits: • Competitive wages based on experience • Paid Medical and Dental • Paid holiday and PTO • 401(k) If you meet or exceed the above requirements, please reply to this ad and attach a current resume.
