People who desperately cling to a political party like a shy child clings to their mothers skirt weaken our nation. Until Trump was nominated, there was a certain level of mutual respect between parties. Each party did not always see eye to eye, but we all realized that each member of each party was still an American. We ALL want the same things. Freedom, prosperity, independence, opportunity, security.... It is amazing how what was once the strongest most powerful nation on earth has allowed ONE MAN to divide us. Donald Trump planted seeds of hate and that hate is still growing despite the fat that he is long gone. Trump has confessed that division is part of his strategy in life. Divide and concur. How weak are we as a nation to allow this to happen? How weak are you for choosing either side unconditionally? The extremists are controlling the narrative in this nation. Just to remind you,.. the extremists are the minority in this country. Let go of the extreme adoration for either political party and make decisions as an individual. America is a nation that was founded by strong independent people. In recent years, America has become a society of people who are followers. Sheep. The extremist obey their leaders without giving it a second thought. Without using their own god given intellect. Our forefathers would be ashamed at the current state of this nation. Ignoring political party affiliation and avoiding this silly urge to politicize everything is the path forward. Don’t be the “bitch” of any political party. Think for yourself. The majority of this nation should be registered as “No party affiliation”. The non sheep party.
