The V. P. of the United States is in WAY over her head. You can tell, because every time she's asked a question about a serious subject, two things happen; 1) She lets out a very nervous LAUGH, which is usually loud and inappropriate. 2) She never answers the question directly or honestly. Face it; She slept her way to the White House and now that she's there, she has NO CLUE how to handle the job. Harris has absolutely NO BUSINESS being in our government, in any capacity.
