Born Again?

I realize that people need faith in a faithless world, but it is impossible to be born again. One may die physically and be reborn as someone or something else possibly. Perhaps saying something like, "I have reached a better understanding of the insane thoughts in my head" would make more sense to the rest of us rather then saying "I’ve been born again", which makes no sense at all unless one is in to that type of lingo.
