HVAC Maintenance - Several Houses

I need HVAC Maintenance. 5 total houses all nearby each other near I-20 in-town Atlanta. All have R-410a systems. 3 houses have Heat Pumps, 1 house has AC only and 1 house has two AC systems plus a mini-split heat pump. So the total work is 6 systems plus the mini-split. I'm offering $450 OBO for the work. Please also try to price out basic extra repair items like replacing a capacitor or contactor or adding a small amount of freon, just so I know what to expect if repairs are needed.
