We need motivated people that want to help homeowners by giving them free estimates to upgrade their outdated air-conditioning equipment. This job does require door to door knocking! This is a position where you will be canvassing neighborhoods to qualify homeowners, generate leads, and meet sales quotas. Be your own boss and get paid commissions on closed sales! Set your own work hours! Work in any areas of town you prefer! This is an uncapped, commissions based opportunity where your pay is only limited by your effort. HVAC OR In-Home Sales experience (HVAC, Flooring, Windows and Doors, Home-Improvement, Etc.) is desirable. Ability to work evenings and weekends preferred. You will be evaluated on your knowledge, ability to close sales, and your positive, helpful attitude. We’ll train you on our computer system so you can keep track of calls you need to make, calls to follow up on, and successful sales. Are you energetic and enjoy meeting people?
