My mother in law lives on Wellington square on the side of the street backing up to the creek.near their house is these moron parents who let their kids scream as loud as they could as long as they want.these parents seem not to know that some people do not have air conditioning or like to entertain in their back yards.I know of at least 1 family whose party was ruined because the little losers wouldn't shut up.As far as I know they're not retarded or anything like that, and they ARE way too old to behave this way.My mother in law says she wouldn't have been able to sit down for a week if she behaved this way as a kid.Could the parents have some sort of psychological problem which keeps them from realizing their family is causing problems for others?Or are they deaf?
