There is more work than you can handle. We are looking for small crews of 1 to 3 people that can remodel homes. This is residential construction. The houses are empty. No clients, no furniture to move. You will be paid per job/contract. The faster you finish, the more money you will make. You will be paid regularly. We will require workers comp and liability insurance. The jobs consist of prepping walls, interior, and exterior paint, light framing for building some partition walls, installing sinks, replacing outlets and switches, replacing lights. If there is something that you don’t know how to do, we will show you how it's done. We DON’T do flooring, roofing, or countertops. Also, if you have landscaping tools, truck and trailer, there might be some opportunities for you too. You will be paid per job too. Planning to interview Friday 4/16/2021 and the week after.
