Headway Workforce Solutions and T-ROC are currently seeking individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and teamwork mentality as Retail Reset Merchandisers (Overnight) in Delafield, WI. As Retail Reset Merchandisers (Overnight), you will be responsible for assisting the retailer with remodeling and resetting their store by reading and implementing planograms (POGs). You will also move fixtures, set signage, and other duties with additional T-ROC staff and retailer employees. Retail Reset Merchandiser Overview Pay is $15.50 per hour The position is full-time and hourly Shifts are overnight and 8 hours in length Physical, fast-paced working environment There is a 1-hour unpaid meal break along with two paid 15-minute breaks As a Retail Reset Merchandiser (Overnight), you will Assemble retail displays and fixtures by following detailed instructions from your on-site supervisor working within a team environment Remain accessible with open communication among your manager and teammates Maintain a professional image and appearance Build an excellent service relationship with team members Complete online training Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Position Requirements Must be comfortable reading planograms, schematics, or maps (T-ROC will provide training) Ability to read, write, and speak English Must consent to employment screening requirements, including a background check Physical Demands Ability to stand, squat, kneel for 8–10 hours, and regularly lift 50+ pounds The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job (T-ROC may make reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)
