Plumbing -sink work, new toilet seat install, carpets

I want old toilet removed and new installed and in kitchen put new fossets and pipe that go below sink. I also want to install new carpets in home. If you know how to install carpets we can discuss its not important currently I will pay $20 per hour for plumbing work.
