Carpenters and Laborers needed immediately. We work on existing Condominium and Single Family Home-repairs. Siding (panel and plank) Framing and structural repairs. Deck building. Exterior envelope details. Waterproof deck coatings (Tremco) Some roofing (composition only) Light commercial framing. Light drywall patching and finishes (mostly textured but occasionally smooth wall) Must have: Reliable transportation, we work all over King County and Snohomish County. Valid driver's license and social security card. Tools (hand and power) would be helpful. Good work ethic, reliable, responsible, on time, quick learner and follows directions easily.
