I’ve been seeing a gray and white pitbull puppy wandering the street near west hills elementary. I don’t know if it’s someone’s pet or not but I’d keep an eye on it since all of the bad traffic. If someone finds out that it’s not someone’s pet I’ll gladly take the dog and put it in great hands. :)
