Looking for EXPERIENCED Concrete Foreman and Concrete Finishers JOB REQUIREMENTS: Experience needed ~ Experience/basic knowledge of Concrete/Masonry/Set up/Pouring ~ Strong Work Ethic ~ Manage Crew ~ Desire to work, learn and grow ~ Must be able to drive to job ~ Ability to effectively understand and communicate with Supervisors and crew members ~ Bilingual a plus ~ Pay rate based on experience ~ Ability to lift and carry loads up to 50lbs and complete repetitive tasks ~ Ability to withstand the elements ~ Practice COVID safety protocols ~ Basic familiarity with concrete tools and equipment ~ Projects located in the Central Valley Areas ~ We are looking for someone who is motivated, has a positive attitude and can work independently as well as with a small team all while being self-directed. You must be reliable, on time and efficient. The right candidate is comfortable sharing their knowledge but is also able to follow instructions and has a willingness to learn.
