Constant Staffing is hiring Sanitation Workers in the Delhi, CA area! **** $50 Sign-on bonus!!**** Job Description: The sanitation worker is a member of our cleaning crew whose duties are to clean and sanitize processing equipment and processing areas of the plant to meet Food Safety and Quality Management standards. Members of the Sanitation crew are required to completely clean and sanitize the plant quickly and efficiently. The sanitation worker will also be working around large processing equipment in which chemicals will be used to complete the sanitation process. The sanitation worker must be able to work as a team along with other members of the crew under stressful conditions, and be flexible and willing to perform varying tasks per the Sanitation supervisor’s instructions and in accordance with all safety guidelines. Sanitation employees are also required to perform ground-keeping duties as needed. Forklift Experience a plus! __ ** Job Duties: · Clean and sanitize processing equipment including floor, drains, buildings, bins, walls, tools, forklifts, pallet jacks · Prevent cross contamination of product, work-in-progress, food contact surfaces and food contact packaging during sanitation procedures. · Follow all company SSOPs. · Work safely with the chemicals used in the cleaning process · Ensure all chemicals are used at proper concentrations. · Complete all sanitation and required documentation. · Follow LOTO procedures · Adheres to all company GMPs and Safety policies. · Perform grounds duties including trash pickup, weed removal · Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS/OTHER REQUIREMENTS: · Previous experience performing janitorial work not required but preferred. · Ability to work independently and efficiently · Attention to detail WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: · The job requires working in an environment that is wet, very humid, and undergoes extreme temperature changes, from 36°F to room temperature · Night Shift · Dirt and dust · Noise · Lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the day · Standing or walking through the entire day · Bending and stooping · Pushing and pulling pallet jacks. Must have 2 forms of valid identification. Complete work history, high school diploma or GED. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
