Description
On Saturday 4/10 at around 1100 AM I saw a deceased dog in the road at Franklin Blvd/A Parkway. Appeared to be maybe 15-20 pound curlyish hair, black/gray maybe a Lhasa Apso mix? I called for Animal Control to remove it (311) so they probably have more info.
Sorry for your loss but hopefully this can bring someone closure.
