Hello- I am a 28 year old white male looking for a room to rent with someone who is outgoing and personable. I currently work a full-time job in the food industry and am looking to transfer over to a career that will allow me to showcase my skills. In the meantime, I need a stable place to lay my head and build up my savings. My goals are priority, most importantly my daughters. They do not live with me, but they are my life, and my inspiration for becoming a stronger/ stable person. I am outgoing and what most would say as talkative. I do enjoy a drink now and again and a little 420, but I am respectful of personal feelings on both as well as of other's personal space and life decisions. I am open to living with someone of any gender or sexual orientation. As I said I am respectful and take my life (and others) seriously. I would like to have a chance to discuss my situation with someone, including deposits required and monthly payments. I don't make a lot of money at the moment, but have other ways to supplement (i.e. food stamps, chores/ cleaning and side work). Anything to make a viable agreement between us both I am open too.
