Weekend assistant for disabled attorney in wheelchair

I am a disabled attorney who uses a wheelchair, and I am looking for a weekend personal assistant. What we need: • 3 hours each Saturday and Sunday -- 2 hours in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. • Flexibility on start time. • Occasional coverage of weekday mornings or evenings. • Reliability, including reliable transportation. • Good attitude. Pay: $37/hour. Details: I am an attorney in private practice with a busy schedule. I am also a quadriplegic who uses a wheelchair. I need help getting up and going to bed. We generally get up around 6:00 in the morning; evenings start times vary with my wife and my social schedule. I have a regular weekday assistant and am looking to hire someone for the Saturday and Sunday shifts. I live downtown near Union Station. It is very important that you are both punctual and reliable, and that you have reliable source of transportation and a driver’s license. We provide parking. You do not need to have any prior experience with personal care; I will be happy to train you. CNA’s and registered nurses are welcome to apply but a CNA or RN license is not required. I need someone who is a non-smoker, and who has either already been vaccinated or is willing to get vaccinated as soon as possible.
