Job Description A2B Maintenance Technician Job Description - Maintenance Technician for A2B Solutions needs to be a "go getter" that loves the feeling of a job done right! The type of person that gets a "honey do list" and says yes ma'am and gets to work. We offer several maintenance and handyman services to our customers so the more skills you have the more useful you will be to use. At the same time if you don't know how to do something we value honesty and expect you to say something so we can get you trained. More than anything we value a positive attitude that strives to please the customer and do the right thing. Short cuts, poor quality, and cover ups are considered unacceptable as we want everyone that works for us to be proud of every product we put out. We also take on other challenges so a willingness to jump in and help the team and learn something new is also a huge plus. You will be unsupervised most of the time so you will have to be self-motivated and be able to handle customer service questions. Willing to train the right person. Characteristics: Honest Enthusiastic Self-motivated Quality oriented Customer service oriented Duties / Skills Painting and staining Drywall (both hanging and doing patches) Basic plumbing ie. Drains and faucets Small electrical ie replace a light fixture Landscape and sprinkler maintenance Familiar with hand and power tools Good customer service skills and able to speak professionally with customers Problem solving to complete a project Other duties as assigned Requirements: Pleasant and professional attitude Strong work ethic Past experience in maintenance or handyman services Clean driver's license (no drug, alcohol, or reckless driving in last 6 years) Able to pass a drug test and criminal screening Preferred Qualities: Bilingual (Spanish and English) Familiar with computers and smart phones Other skills including tile, windows, roofing, concrete and/or any other experience. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00/hour plus DOE
