We are excited to announce that you can now purchase your flexible lesson package at your convenience on our website here: Music Lesson Cafe > Lesson Packages. Flexible Lesson Packages for the Summer The summer months are a time when we all like to have more flexibility, so our summer lesson packages are designed to meet that need. You may select the exact number of lessons you are able to take and sign up at a time that works for you on your teacher's shared Google Calendar. There are twelve weeks available, but most teachers will be out for a week or two. You will be sent an individual email about your teacher's summer availability by Monday, April 12th. In-person Versus Remote Learning We realize there are many concerns surrounding the recent increase in Covid-19 cases but we also have hope because vaccinations throughout our state are becoming widespread. Our model for teaching through the summer is going to be based mostly online with the exception of individual requests for in-home lessons. These requests will be considered by our teachers on an individual basis, with a preference for lessons being conducted on outdoor patios when possible. Summer Schedule Sign-up Google links to our teachers' calendars will be emailed to you on May 11th. You can sign up for lessons at times that work for you during the summer. If you have a preference for your current time, please contact your teacher and request your time before the schedule is released. COVID-19 Concerns - Scheduling We realize that many summer plans are up in the air due to the pandemic, and that your summer plans could change. If your plans do change (our teachers travel plans could change too), we will make it work financially so that you receive the lessons that you have paid for as long as 24 hours notice is given on schedule changes. We also appreciate the flexibility of online lessons, because we can teach you wherever you may travel if you are interested.
