Hi, so, I'm a guitarist looking to get a doomgaze-but-heavier thing going. Think like some shoegaze textures and melodies incorporated with heavy riffs and hopefully some big, dirty bass. Influences include Elizabeth Colour Wheel, Failure, Cloud Rat, Swervedriver, Bolt Thrower, Rippikoulu, Type O Negative, Slow Crush, Narrow Head and Thou. I've got a boatload of riffs written that we can hopefully massage into songs- I can send these if you're interested. Bonus points for other queer and/or femme folks. Heavy music (aside from bands like Cloud Rat, King Woman and ECW) is still mostly straight guys and I'd like to help change that.
