Talented Drummer Wanted For Psychedelic Dance Funk Project

I'm looking for a drummer for a project I'm creating. My intention is to play and tour extensively and I'm looking for other committed and talented musicians who want to do the same. I play guitar, bass, some keys and produce with Ableton. I've been in bands on and off for the last few years and have gigged and played at festivals. I've been playing music for 25 years (I'm 40) and am ready to get serious with it. I have time and resources to devote to this project. I've got a set worth of songs and I'm looking for a drummer, and then a couple other players. I'm looking for musicians who take their craft seriously, and are willing to practice, rehearse and put together something really tight and exciting. My vision for this project is to create a sound and an ethos that resonates with people who like to dance, and who appreciate the healing power of music. My main influences growing up were Jimi Hendrix, lots of psychedelic rock from the 60's and 70's (Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Funkadelic), Stevie Ray Vaughn, and more recently electronic producers like Opiuo, Odesza, Grouch(nz), Bluetech and others.
