Hi, My sisters cat went missing on 4/12 around 8-9am in the morning and has not been seen since (near Webb School of Knoxville). We have looked everywhere at this point and called shelters. We believe someone may have the cat. Please contact if you see the cat, he has a fluffy tail and blue eyes.
