Chamberlin And associates is looking for HVAC maintenance certified tech to join the team of University Gardens Manor Apartments. Must be able to know about AC, Heat, some plumbing, electric ect.. Job's responsibilities include, completing maintenance request from tenants and completing them in a timely manner. after 90 days must be able to do on call and /or work every other Saturday. Pay is based on experience. Will be put on 90 day probation after that you will be able to qualify for benefits, Health insurance, pay time off, paid vacation and sick days. please send resume
