Fence company in Collierville is looking for a crew lead for pre-cast concrete fence installation. Job Duties include (but not limited to) • Be a working manager • Line up pre-cast fence jobs • Drive to and from job sites • Run a 3-4 man crew • Operate equipment (Bobcat, Dingo, Augers, etc...) To be considered applicant must • Have fence installation experience- at least 3-5 years • Have strong leadership skills • Able to demonstrate strong math skills • Able to make decisions and solve problems as they arise • HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH A CLEAN DRIVING HISTORY • Be comfortable dealing with heavy weight Benefits • Medical Insurance • Dental • Vision • 401K with 4% company matching • Holiday pay • Vacation pay
